I-Cubed has experience at every echelon of the program management cycle. This includes user engineering, requirements engineering, task management, project management, individual program management and operations management of up to seven programs simultaneously in support of the intelligence community.
Programs managed included imagery R&D, biometrics R&D and prototypical development (specializing in face recognition tools and intelligent software agents for the law enforcement community under a grant from the National Institute of Justice), systems development and systems integration.
Programs included:
- The Requirements Management System (RMS) for the imagery community
The III database development for the FBI’s IAFIS system
CSC programs in support of the imagery community (NIMA/NGA, NPIC, NRO and CIA)
The ANSER program in support of NIJ
TRW’s IR&D program that led to RMS
Biometric Test & Evaluation
I-Cubed’s President was responsible for the winning proposal and as the Executive Program Manager at the Biometric Fusion Center. Program management duties included development of test and evaluation procedures, conducting test and evaluation of biometrics products and devices, biometrics research and development, development of web-based knowledgebase for the DOD community, and coordination with the variety of vendors.
Training
With experience as an instructor at the Defense Intelligence College, management has also been a corporate train-the-trainer for a major corporation, and has been a guest lecturer at colleges and universities on the subject of biometrics and imagery intelligence.
Business Development
Experience includes assignments as a strategic planner at Computer Sciences Corporation and BD work at other Fortune 500 companies.
Aerial Reconnaissance and Surveillance/Imagery Analysis
The management spent seven years of operational flying with aerial reconnaissance and surveillance airplane companies within the US Army. As a pilot in OV-1 Mohawk aircraft and UH-1H Huey helicopters. He also had three tours of duty in the national imagery community as an imagery analysis officer. Assignments included the National Photographic Interpretation Center, the National Exploitation Lab, the National Overhead Tasking Center and several tactical assignments.
Three existing consulting contracts in place:
These three contracts are in support of WV-based businesses that are working to expand their horizons beyond the borders of WV, and into the Intelligence Community and the large contractors that support them. These three companies are forward-looking companies with great interest in making connections with the large companies that support the intelligence community and within the government itself. |
