About Us

I-Cubed's business centers on the growing high technology business in West Virginia, in support of the federal government and commercial entities. The three-pronged approach revolves around 35 years business experience in the Intelligence Community, Biometrics as a form of identification, and the management of systems integration and development programs. Consulting support to other businesses, proposal writing and management advice is also be offered.

As a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran operating in a certified HUBZone, I-Cubed is able to compete with other like businesses in this business area.

The target market for I-Cubed includes organizations associated with the US Intelligence Community (DIA, CIA, NIMA and others) with which the owner has 25 years experience as a member and contractor, the burgeoning Biometrics marketplace including government, commercial and academic organizations which the owner has focused on for the last five years, and management of systems integration and development programs. Customers will include state and federal agencies as well as commercial organizations requiring long-term experience in these areas, as well as the ability to offer ease of contracting through the disabled veteran, HUBZone and small disadvantaged business categories.
